Cathy Keith, Your Health & Wellness Coach
Do you feel tired, bloated, achy, anxious, depressed, unsure about what to do at this stage of your life? Are your thoughts foggy and scattered? Do you struggle with weight? Perhaps you suspect or have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, diabetes, arthritis, adrenal fatigue, heart disease, or mild cognitive decline. Or maybe you're just totally confused by what you read, see or hear about health and wellness.
Trust me … you’re not alone.
Everyone seems to be touched by chronic disease in some way. And each day new discoveries are made about the body. Not so long ago we thought health was solely determined by our genes and that you were destined for the same conditions that affected your parents or grandparents.
We now know that genes are the foundation for health but they are only part of a much bigger plan. What we eat, how often we move, our ability to truly rest and relax, exposure to toxins, and our connection to self and others, may be even more important. These daily choices turn both healthy and damaged genes on or off. How we feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally — is the body’s way of communicating if we’ve made the best choice.
The good news is that you have the ability to heal yourself. And that’s where I can help!
I’m here to help you uncover and understand your whole self, to embrace your uniqueness, to become empowered by what you find, and to fall in love with who you are.
Your Integrative & Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Together we will clearly identify and prioritize what is important to you and develop a personalized practical plan from a whole person perspective to get you where you want to go. As your nutrition expert and health coach, I will share information and tools to help you connect the dots in ways that make sense to you. As your trusted partner, I will hold you accountable in a non-judgmental manner and compassionately support you as we navigate your unique health journey together.
Health is more than living in a body that is free from disease. Rather, health is a daily practice, a journey and relationship – with one’s self, others, and the world. Happy, healthy living is not a destination or a point to work towards. It is a consistent practice of choice, discipline and good habits... that work for you.
I would be honored to support you along the way. Let's do this together!
