Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance and am not a participating provider for any insurance company including Medicare and Medicaid.

How are visits billed?

Visit charges are based on the time spent with the practitioner. Initial appointments are 90 minutes and follow up visits are typically 30-60 minutes. Payment is required at the time of service. Forty-eight (48) hours is requested for cancelling appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice are billed at 50% of the scheduled visit fee. Abandoned appointments (NO CALL / NO SHOW) will be billed at 100% and payment will be required in advance for future visits.

Will my insurance reimburse for visits?

Some clients may qualify for reimbursement from their insurance company or HSA (health savings account) if they submit an itemized receipt (available through your portal after each appointment). Reimbursement varies by payer and I suggest you contact your insurance provider in advance in order to understand their reimbursement policy. At this time I am not able to process insurance claims, requests or denials.
